Using This Cannon Car Mats & Doormats Website

Geting Started

We know how important it is for our customers to be able to quickly find out the full cost of purchasing an item via the Internet. Unfortunately, our car mats and household doormats are quite heavy and the cost of postage varies enormously depending on which country they are being shipped to. If you want the car mats or doormats to be shipped to some destination other than the UK Mainland, please use the change country tool on the bottom left hand corner of each web page to see which countries we are currently shipping to. If your country is there, please click on the country flag and all prices shown to you will include delivery to that country and, eventually once we've opened this up to other European countries, these prices will be in Euros. If you cannot see your country, please contact our Customer Services via the contact us page and we will try to help you.

Buying Car Mats For a Specific Car

The most obvious way is to use the vehicle selection tool. Choose you car make, model and the year range for your car and the website will automatically go and search for suitable car mats, grouping these under the headings of Rubber Mats, Carpet Mats and Boot Mats.You can refine your search by choosing a type of mat (ie Boot Mats, Rubber Mats or Carpet mats) but you don't have to and, in fact, the web page will initially ignore this refinement to your search. Click on either the Rubber Mats, Carpet Mats or Boot Mats images to see what products are available for your specific car.

Browsing Our Car Products

You can always look at all our products by clicking on the menu option products and choosing the drop-down menu option called car products. Our products are grouped as either Rubber Mats, Carpet Mats or Boot Mats. Clicking on one of these will show you all the product types for that category eg under Rubber Mats you will find VS Vehicle Specific Car Mats, Ford Tailor-Made Car Mats, 4x4 Cut to Fit Car Mats, Tradesman Heavy Duty Mats etc. If, for instance, you click on the VS Vehicle Specific Car Mats logo, you will be shown the complete range of VS products. At this point, with all of our product types, each product version looks very similar to one another. However, there are subtle differences between each product that refer to the size or shape and the specific cars they are designed to fit. However, please note that if you choose one of the products to look at it, the way the vehicle selection tools works changes at this point. You will find that the only vehicles that can be selected are those that the product is suitable for. It works in this way because we consider it very important to ensure that you can only select a product if it does fit your car; we are trying to stop the accidental selection of an unsuitable product. So, if you want to choose your own vehicle, which may be something completely different, click on Home menu option and then you will be able to use the vehicle selection tool to see the full list of manufacturers and car models enabling you to choose your own car and see what products are available for it.

Choosing Household Mat Products

You can see the full range of our Household rubber doormat products by clicking on the menu option products and choosing home products from the drop down menu.

Adding Products To The Shopping Basket

On each product page, both for car mats and for doormats, there is a red add to basket button. You use this to add the product to your shopping basket. However, please note that there is a choice of colours for a few of our household doormats. For these, you need to choose a colour from the drop-down choice list.

The Shopping Basket

At any time you can look at the shopping basket to check the products selected. It is by using the Shopping Basket display page that you can increse how many you want of each product or even remove a product, if desired.

Proceeding To Checkout

Within the Shopping Basket, you proceed to the checkout by clicking on the red checkout button.  The personal details screen will then be displayed to you where you enter your personal details. Please ensure that the email address you supply is a valid one as this is ussed to send confirmation emails to you. Also, the Billing Address must be the address to which the statements are sent for the credit card you are going to use.  If you want the goods to be sent to the same address, click on the tick box and the address will be copied into the shipping address. You will notice that you cannot change the country of the shipping address. This has been determined by the destination country you chose in the first step of these instructions and it has been used to calculate the delivery inclusive prices shown on all the product pages. If you attempt to duplicate the address and the country of your credit catd is different to the destination country you chose, a message will be displayed. It is difficult to say exactly what you may have made a mistake with; possibly the destination country chosen is incorrect and you need to change this; or maybe the credit card address (ie the billing address) or the shipping address are wrong. If you cannot work out what is wrong, please send a query to our Customer Services team and they will be happy to phone you and talk things through with you.
