The prices that are quoted for our products on our website have shipping included, dependant upon the destination country that you choose. In this way, you know straight away what our products are going to cost.
However, it is vitally important that you correctly choose the country to which you want delivery to occur. This can be changed by using the 'Change Country' feature at the bottom left hand corner of all webpages. We reserve the right to adjust the prices for your chosen goods if the destination country has been chosen incorrectly. However, we will contact you by email if this is the case, enabling you to decide if you wish to proceed.
If the total value of your order is very low, we reserve the right to add a postage and handling surcharge amount. However, this charge will be clearly explained when you view the shopping basket.

Shipping by courier to an address in the UK mainland will take around 3-5 working days. For delivery outside the UK Mainland, allow between 3-8 working days. If there are any problems that will delay shipment we will endeavour to contact you to let you know the status of your order. You can also contact our customer services team (details above).
To return an order please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Services team on the number above within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a courier to collect the item and offer a full refund minus the cost of any delivery charges. In the event that we have sent you the wrong item you will not incur a charge for the delivery.
